5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

A. Payments

  • All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled.

  • Prices may change with notice.

B. Refund Policy

Due to the digital, customized, and service-based nature of our offerings, all payments are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Maruga Ownership

  • Proprietary systems, designs, and processes

  • AI-generated system assets created during service delivery

You are granted a non-transferable license to use these assets for your business only. Resale, redistribution, or transfer is prohibited.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive information, including:

  • CRM credentials

  • Workflow structures

  • Strategy documents

  • Customer and lead data

  • Proprietary methods

Maruga Marketing House will not disclose confidential information except as required for service delivery or by law.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Spam or unsolicited messaging

  • Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices

  • Harassment, abuse, or unlawful content

  • Violations of email, SMS, or advertising laws

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination.

9. Platform Access & Limitations

  • Continuous uptime

  • Error-free systems

  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers

  • Availability of specific third-party features

Third-party platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel) may change features without notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are not made

  • The platform is misused

  • These Terms are violated

You may cancel services at any time with written notice. Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in refunds for past charges.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Maruga Marketing House is not liable for lost revenue, profits, leads, or business outcomes.
